This is a rental only!  We do NOT sell our signs!

What areas do you service?

​

Steel City Lawn Expressions will install signs within the following areas for no additional fees:

• Shaler Area School District

• Hampton School District

• Fox Chapel School District

• North Hills School District

• North Allegheny School District

• Deer Lakes School District

• Pine Richland School District

• Avonworth School District

• If you want a sign from us and you’re a little bit farther, contact us and we may be able to make it happen for an additional fee.

When do you deliver and pick up?

• Delivery is between 6pm and 10pm the night before or 5 am and 7 am the day of the booking with pickup being after 7pm the same day.

When signs are rented we ask the following:

​

• We will set up and tear down. Do NOT move our signs. (There will be a $10 fee per letter for signs lost or damaged while in your possession.)

• Please inform us of any sprinkler systems or shallow pipes that may be in your yard.

• Delivery is free within the service area, however, certain zip codes incur an additional fee 

• For our safety, please make sure someone at the delivery location is aware we will be on property.

• Do NOT cut the grass while lawn cards are in your yard.

• Make sure all pets are safely in the home and will not cause a disturbance during delivery.

• We can not deliver during turbulent weather.  If weather becomes an issue we will contact you to make other delivery arrangements or to reschedule.

• We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. 

• All yard card setups include an advertising sign for Steel City Lawn Expressions. This may NOT be removed.

• For the safety of everyone, do NOT allow children to play on or around the Yard Cards.   

• You will receive a Paypal Invoice, once payment is received your date will be secured.  All payments must be made by paypal.

• DO take pictures of your sign and tag @SteelCityYardExpressions on Facebook. We love seeing smiling message recipients.

Examples of some of our signs are shown throughout the site….but the options are truly endless! We can’t wait to create your message!

Cancellation policy:   We will refund you 100% if you cancel within a week of your order. If you cancel less than a week before your order we will refund you only 50%.
